 Bradford Plaza is a 140,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center located in West Chester, PA. The shopping center has undergone a $17+ million re-development which incorporates a new 70,000 square foot anchor tenant, Giant Food Stores. The store’s recent opening has enjoyed a significant amount of excitement and demand from the surrounding community as well as generated sales that have far exceeded expectations. The smaller tenant storefront facades have been renovated in an effort to cohesively blend with Giant's proto-type storefront and give the entire shopping center a fresh, contemporary look. Another aspect of the center’s growth will be to upgrade the tenant profile to national and regional specialty retailers mixed with neighborhood convenience shops.
