Bradford Plaza, a 140,000-square-foot shopping center in West Chester, Pa., traded for $27.25 million, the seller said.

The sale included four acres of developable land at the site, which is at the intersection of Route 322 and 162, seller Lutz Real Estate Investments of Farmington Hills, Mich., said. The buyer was a private limited partnership consisting of several Philadelphia area companies, including Urdang Capital Management of Blue Bell, Pa.

Lutz bought the property in 2001 and spent $15 million redeveloping Bradford Plaza, which is anchored by Giant Foods. Fameco Real Estate of Plymouth Meeting, Pa., handled the transaction.
