SunGard Availability Services (www.sungard.com), a leading national provider of disaster recovery services for government and commercial customers, will lease approximately 135,000 square feet at the newly renovated state-of-the-art 1500 Spring Garden Street office complex. Most of the space will be located on the entire 3rd floor, which will primarily consist of raised floor and electrical switchgear.
