While working as a Vice President at Amerimar Enterprises, Inc.. for nearly 10 years and prior to that at Trammell Crow Company, Andrew Bleznak has been involved in all aspects of real estate projects totaling several hundred million dollars in value. In 2006, Mr. Bleznak left Amerimar to form ABCO Properties, LLC. which focuses on pursuing retail, office and industrial real estate acquisition opportunities primarily throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Bleznak maintains a partnership interest in several deals with Amerimar which will have a total value in excess of $300 million upon stabilization.

ABCO Properties has created joint venture alliances with other well established organizations in the region that have very capable asset, property and project management resources. ABCO’s institutional equity partners include Urdang and Angelo, Gordon & Co., who collectively own several billion dollars of real estate assets throughout the United States.
